此列表也可以在 anti-abuse.org 查询出来。查询到有被该列表列黑之后，点击进入该网站。
在屏幕左方，选择英语，进入 Delisting request。
按规矩在空格处输入 IP ，点击 Request removal。
选择免费的一项，点击 Submit 。（图中还显示了距离上一次检测到有垃圾邮件是 58 天前，及具体的日期）
完成。
注意，此列表会借鉴其他黑名单列表的数据，若该 IP 有被其他超过 5 个的黑名单网站列黑了，就会出现无法 移除有的情况。无法移除有以下两种表现方法。
其一：如下图，会直接显示该 IP 还被列入了其他的黑名单，并给出黑名单列表。且在 Request removl 一项中， 免费的选项也是灰的，无法选中。黑体字也标明，this IP address is currently also listed in 7 other dnsbl's. A free instant removal via this website is not available yet, to protect our systems and the systems of our customers from recent spam sources. 其他的黑名单不得多于 5 个。
